Paula (Horwitz) Jorgensen

My unique educational and career trajectory adds up to unconventional insight and skill facilitating collaborative possibilities and sustainable change. Raised in the blossoming of the hippie and peace movements, bridging the grass roots and institutional worlds, my orientation has always been toward participation for the common good.

The range of my qualifications and experience began with Interdisciplinary Arts, moving into Camp Director, Organisational Change, Group Facilitation, Community Development and Engagement and Coaching/Mentoring. I am positioned to be a contributor in my communities and have been described as bringing ‘holistic fluency’, ‘idealistic integrity’ and ‘quirky wisdom’ to my work and relationships.

My loves are my extended family tribe, the natural environment and the joy of play.
